There's no going over budget or missing deadlines. Our volunteers are on their own time and their goals are to provide you with a great product.
You have the right to change your mind.
We follow guidelines throughout the creative process, and adjust them as is necessary. With no costs or fees, you can decide to go another direction. It won't cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Step 1: Introduce yourself
Contact us and tell us what services you are interested in. It can be one or many services. It doesn't hurt to ask.
Step 2: We contact you
We will introduce ourselves and get feedback from you about what you want done, your timeframe, your goals, your constraints, etc.
Step 3: The Creative Brief
We work with you to create a Creative Brief with all the elements to your liking. We will examine a personal approach to the project as well, and focus on your specific needs.
Step 4: Meet your project team
Meet the volunteer team, and then we'll get to work on your project with a tentative timeline. Conferencing as a team may be necessary, as we value your input in the process.
Step 5: Design and follow up
You will receive the number of proofs you request, and if you need training or knowledge required to update or maintain your project, we will arrange to provide some local training or long distance conferencing.
